Privacy Policy
Effective 17 September 2026 · South Africa
What we collect
We process account details, business profile information, search instructions, business lead records, CRM activity, payment references and technical logs needed to operate and secure ProspectNorth.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the platform, research requested business opportunities, verify business contact information, enforce access limits, support clients, prevent abuse and improve reliability.
Business lead data
ProspectNorth is designed for legitimate B2B prospecting. Clients must use lead information lawfully, respectfully and for relevant business communication. The platform does not authorise spam or unlawful processing.
Service providers and protection
We use carefully selected infrastructure, workflow, verification and payment providers. Access is restricted, passwords are handled by the authentication provider, and ProspectNorth does not display or store client passwords in its website interface.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to certain processing, or raise a privacy concern through the ProspectNorth website support channel. Requests may require identity verification.
Retention and updates
Records are retained only as reasonably required for service delivery, security, legal duties and dispute handling. This notice may be updated as the platform and legal requirements develop.
This policy supports POPIA-aligned operation and should be reviewed by a South African legal professional before large-scale commercial rollout.
